Chef Pellegrini's cuisine is crafted with NO SEED OILS, fried foods are cooked in coconut oil, and both our regular and gluten free flours are imported from Italy to avoid the GMO flours processed in the US. Our team takes great care to address all dietary preferences, allergies, and sensitivities.
